Upgrade Path
To determine the upgrade path between two different versions of Service Manager:
- Select your current Service Manager version from the Upgrade Path (From) Column.
- Select the Service Manager version you wish to upgrade to from the (To) Service Manager Version row.
- If there is a tick where the From column meets the To row then you can upgrade directly. If there is no tick then you must upgrade to another compatible version before upgrading to your desired Service Manager version.
